Samantha Marshall recently assisted us to sell our property. She was highly professional, always approachable, and very knowledgeable.

Sam brought meticulous research and sound local knowledge to our first meeting. She identified the strengths of the property and compared it with other recently sold properties in the area to develop a sensible selling price. It was Samantha who identified the feature which led to a sale being finalised.

Samantha assisted us to acquire professional photographs and then used these in her online advertisements. The online presence she created was exceptional.

While discussing selling techniques Sam gave us the benefit of her knowledge but listened to our wishes. At no time did she try to persuade us to follow any advertising or sales techniques (e.g. open house, auction) which we were not happy about or that entailed extra expense.
