We contacted Sam for an appraisal but in the back of our minds we did want to sell. Sam met with us at our home in Tamborine prepared with a contract, market research and a portfolio and had anticipated our needs from the very beginning.  Paul and I were pleasantly surprised Sam wasn't your "normal" real estate agent, she had potential buyers viewing our home before it went on the market and she was up front and honest with us, there was no hidden agenda.
