Hi, I'm Samantha Marshall – a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, specializing in acreage, residential and horse properties. I am a property professional with over 19 years in Real Estate.
After 13 incredible years as a paramedic, I followed my heart into real estate, wanting to help people in a new and meaningful way. Since then, I’ve bought, built, renovated, sold, and invested in everything from residential homes to acreage, horse properties, commercial spaces, and holiday units.
I’ve also built two successful real estate businesses, both focused on sales and property management. Being a business owner has taught me so much about resilience, relationships, and the real meaning of “going the extra mile.”
Today, I’m proud to be part of SJS Property Partners, a local, independent agency where I get to do what I love most: support people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
