We contacted Sam for an appraisal but in the back of our minds we did want to sell. Sam met with us at our home in Tamborine prepared with a contract, market research and a portfolio and had anticipated our needs from the very beginning.  Paul and I were pleasantly surprised Sam wasn't your "normal" real estate agent, she had potential buyers viewing our home before it went on the market and she was up front and honest with us, there was no hidden agenda. Samantha Marshall recently assisted us to sell our property. She was highly professional, always approachable, and very knowledgeable.

Sam brought meticulous research and sound local knowledge to our first meeting. She identified the strengths of the property and compared it with other recently sold properties in the area to develop a sensible selling price. It was Samantha who identified the feature which led to a sale being finalised.

Samantha assisted us to acquire professional photographs and then used these in her online advertisements. The online presence she created was exceptional.

While discussing selling techniques Sam gave us the benefit of her knowledge but listened to our wishes. At no time did she try to persuade us to follow any advertising or sales techniques (e.g. open house, auction) which we were not happy about or that entailed extra expense.
